Syria Earthquake Food Collection

A region ravaged by war for years, was further devastated by the earthquake on 6th Feb 2023.

At WFCOM, we were already planning our TENTH Annual Ramadan Food Collection this year prior to the earthquake. The earthquake gave us added impetus to help even more.

Following the earthquake, all our member mosques immediately launched earthquake appeals raising tens of thousands of pounds to fund immediate life saving emergency aid in the region.

With much of the international aid making it’s way to Turkey, the WFCOM Ramadan Food Collection will help the victims of war and earthquake in Syria which has largely been ignored by the international comunity.

WFCOM is once again working with our charity partner, Muslims in Need for this year’s food collection.
